Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms govern use of the internal social media management tool operated by Incognito at https://smm.incognito.asia (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Service

The Service is provided for internal use by employees, contractors and clients authorized by Incognito. Access may be granted or revoked at our discretion.

2. Connected accounts

You may connect social media accounts (such as TikTok) only if you own them or are authorized to manage them. By connecting an account you authorize the Service to publish content and read analytics on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account or revoke access at any time.

3. Your content and responsibilities

4. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party APIs (e.g., TikTok). We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions made by those platforms.

5. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incognito is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for example if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
